By using InvoiceGen ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceGen provides a free online invoice generator that allows users to create and download professional PDF invoices. A paid Pro subscription is available for additional features.

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows unlimited invoice creation with a small watermark on generated PDFs. No account is required.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $12/month and includes watermark-free PDFs, custom branding, CSV import, and API access. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud, tax evasion, or creating misleading invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice content.

6. Privacy

We do not store invoice data on the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of invoices generated by this tool.
